Delivery at UK Office Direct

All orders placed before 5.00pm should arrive the following working day between 9.30am and 5.30pm. This applies to orders placed between Monday and Thursday. There are no Saturday deliveries.

Items ordered on a Friday will arrive on Monday morning. If you miss the 5.00pm deadline, your order will be treated as if placed on the following day.

You’re welcome to browse around the online store on Saturdays and Sundays – any order you make will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Next day delivery doesn’t apply to furniture items or some of the larger products – you’ll need to allow 2 to 7 days for these to arrive. Delivery costs £5.95 per order.
