Delivery at Personalised Mugs is always free on all mugs, unless you require next day delivery. Even so, express delivery fees are set at the low price of £3.75. All personalised mugs have a 24-hour turnaround and quick shipping by Royal Mail First Class to arrive within three working days. To get next working day delivery, order your mugs by 1 pm from Monday to Thursday.

There is no weekend order processing and delivery. Therefore all orders placed on Fridays or weekends will be processed for Monday or Tuesday delivery.
